SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for ONLINE SALES
GENERAL:
- Copyright on the images remains with DAOFS.be unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Reproduction, copying or distribution of a delivered image by any means is not permitted
- Finished prints or mounted photographs may be donated/resold.
Digital File Downloads:
- Digital images are provided in reduced resolution (~2800px longest side), using JPEG format with moderate compression. This makes them suitable for display in websites or via social media, for use in small, printed productions or the making of small individual prints (e.g. A4 or equivalent). Please contact DAFOS for higher resolutions or alternative formats.
- Digital images delivered by DAFOS may be used for display or decorative purposes for any commercial or non-commercial production, printed matter or via the internet. However, DAFOS must be acknowledged as originator of the image.
- Digital images delivered by DAFOS may be re-sized or cropped for publication, to meet editorial needs, but the content should retain its original aspect (not overly squeezed or stretched).
- DAFOS is not responsible for the quality or longevity of prints from digital files delivered by DAFOS that are made on the customer's own initiative.
- Returns cannot be accepted.

- Delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), which records the paper type and producer of the print.
- Quoted dimensions are the dimensions of the paper and are approximate. Images are printed without a border.
- To reduce delivery lead-time, production of the ordered prints is launched on receipt of the order (i.e. before payment of the invoice). Delivery takes place on receipt of payment. DAFOS standard terms apply for late payment/cancellation.

- Quoted dimensions are approximate and refer to the dimensions of the finished product, which is to those of the print.

- Returns accepted: return shipping costs paid for by the customer.

- Pre-mounted prints available for direct delivery from stock.
- Delivered with Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), which records the paper type, producer and mounter/framer.
- Ordered items are reserved on receipt of the order and delivery is started after receipt of payment: DAFOS standard payment terms apply.
- If payment is not received within the period 30-days of invoice date, DAFOS reserves the right to return the ordered item(s) to stock, and treat the order as de-facto cancelled without penalty to the customer. (Items may be re-ordered later as a mounted print if no longer available for sale from stock).
